We are looking for an A-Level Service Advisor who understands how to build relationships with customers, communicate vehicle needs clearly, and help our shop maintain the highest standards of service, accountable and capable to follow processes.

Key responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Perform vehicle check-in and gather customer concerns
Communicate recommended services clearly and confidently
Build trust through honest and transparent recommendations
Follow the shop’s inspection and service workflow process
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate repair information
Prepare and present repair estimates to customers
Maintain consistent communication with customers during service
Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and customers leave satisfied
Document services and customer communication accurately in the system
Support the shop’s goals for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and sales performance
What Makes You a Great Fit
1-2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Sales role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Comfortable presenting repair recommendations and estimates
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High integrity and professionalism
Computer skills and familiarity with shop management systems
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish and English)
