- Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Support staff training and development initiatives to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management using POS systems
- Supervise cash handling procedures, shift management, and customer service excellence
- Contribute to meeting all company policy and procedure to ensure safety and speed of service.
- Previous experience in service management or management roles is highly preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of general repair and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and managing facility operations is desirable
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
