Responsibilities:
- Performing high quality mechanical repair services in accordance with industry approved standards
- Developing trusting customer relationships through honest and competent service and estamating
- Maintain shop supply inventory and reordering as needed
- Explaining Grease Monkey programs, service and pricing in order to achieve high customer satisfaction, confidence, and increasing revenues.
- Attending training sessions that are applicable to the career path and position requirements
- Ensuring equipment is functioning properly and performing equipment maintenance as required
- Following appropriate safety procedures and reporting safety hazards, including equipment repairs, to management
- Commitment to excellence at all times
- Advanced automotive experience a plus
- A. S. E. certification is perferred
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid Drivers License required
- Clean & Neat appearance
- General Center Maintenance
- Housekeeping.
- Attend Crew meetings as required.
- Other duties assigned by center management
