The Mechanical Service Technician is responsible for all brake, tune-up, diagnostic and repair services, as well as additional services as directed by the Shop Manager on duty.

Responsibilities:

Performing high quality mechanical repair services in accordance with industry approved standards
Developing trusting customer relationships through honest and competent service and estamating
Maintain shop supply inventory and reordering as needed
Explaining Grease Monkey programs, service and pricing in order to achieve high customer satisfaction, confidence, and increasing revenues.
Attending training sessions that are applicable to the career path and position requirements
Ensuring equipment is functioning properly and performing equipment maintenance as required
Following appropriate safety procedures and reporting safety hazards, including equipment repairs, to management
Commitment to excellence at all times
Advanced automotive experience a plus
A. S. E. certification is perferred
Good communication skills
Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
Valid Drivers License required
Clean & Neat appearance

Other Duties and Responsibilities

General Center Maintenance
Housekeeping.
Attend Crew meetings as required.
Other duties assigned by center management
